Project overview

The challenge

The programme covered 28 occupied homes across three connected phases, requiring resident access and weather protection to be maintained while extensive roof and chimney work progressed.

Restorex delivery

Restorex planned approximately 750m² of Scottish slating, rebuilt 22 chimney stacks, renewed felt roofing and completed elevation maintenance in a sequenced programme.

Outcome

The phased approach brought roofing, chimneys and elevations into one coordinated scope while allowing the residential buildings to remain occupied.
