Conclusion
This project involved working on a multi owned / occupied residences involving 36 individual properties. With a 37 week program spanning most of the winter months, together with wholesale roof covering renewal and 22 chimney renewals, This was always going to be a challenging project. Storms Ali and Diana were thrown in for good measure. We were pleased that despite experiencing exceptionally poor weather. The project only extended by 4 weeks. A hearty thanks to the positive involvement of the client steering group, whose assistance was instrumental in the successful completion of the works.
